First experience in the surgery but can’t be anything more than positive had the most welcoming caring member of a doctors surgery ever I have been to. This is the first out of 3 surgery’s in the south west that are trying to help. Rate them but really rate the nurse I had today lovely person and made you feel at total ease. Thank you

I can not fault this surgery, I have been with them for years and they are always making improvements to the way they operate. I can always get an appointment on the day, with my Doctor - as long as she is working and they are all so friendly. They also have early and late appointments available that can be booked in advance.

Dr Ross and all the staff are great. They really work so hard to accommodate you and the needs you have. They will arrange another room if you are unable to go upstairs. It's a listed building so unable to put a lift in. I wouldnt see any other dr.

Brilliant drs... very friendly and understandable when it comes to people like myself that hate needles... Sharron the nurse is amazing with me and helps supporting me through having it done... all the drs here are brilliant... :)

This is the worst Surgery I have ever been to. On three occasions I have been let down very badly. The first time my husband and I were on a day out in Brixham when he felt ill, we took the bus home and got off in the centre of town so as he could get examined, he had chest pains and breathing difficulties, as the Surgery is a stones throw away from the bus station we walked up there, stopping for him to gasp and catch his breathe, it was 4pm when we reached the surgery, they refused to see him and wanted him to come back on Monday. We eventually went to the hospital - problem solved - he had been working with cement dust. The second occasion was when in severe pain, my Chiropractor sent me to the surgery for pain killers and to ask for a scan. I was told to come back later and given, rather reluctantly a very late appointment . we had two small children with us who we are looking after, it was not a good experience and I was prescribed, way over the top amount of codeine. Today I went in, rather hesitantly, as I have a Urine infection, and the situation was even more bizarre and ludicrous. I had cancer in 2005, you would think that some degree of alacrity would be shown. i have stalled, been taking large amounts of sodium citrate, drinking Cranberry Juice, and am experiencing pain and several other syumptoms, but am treated as though I am an idiot, I nursed for 5 years. Come on, my Grandad was a medic, my other Grandad a manufacturing pharmacist, my Grandmother a midwife...do they honestly think I am that stupid. This surgery should be turned into a walk in centre, where some efficiency could be introduced.

For the third time in a row I have been given a date and time for an appointment which has been confirmed to then go in on that day at the time I’m told to find out I have been booked in at a completely different time or a different day. When I have said about this they have not been helpful and said nothing about it. I have no problems with the doctors it’s always the receptionist not very happy about this repeatedly happening and nothing being done when I complain.
