Exceptional service from the sales team and installers. We had encountered pushy and not helpful sales people prior to our visit at different hot tub providers.. Ian answered all questions and followed up our instal with a courtesy call. The team that installed the hot tub were fantastic. Highly recommended and would happily return in the future if we require any additional products. Fermoy's Elite spas are a credit to you! Thank you

I bought a hot tub from this company and have found them to be rather sluggish with customer response. However,, the service is reasonable and there have been no real problems with my tub. For their feedback , I would like to see a more prompt response to my request for products and services. I do feel that the receptionist has been left holding the fort for someone else. She needs to take more responsibility and the company problems are not interesting to me. A nice lady but possibly lacking support within the company. Something to bear in mind. Over all, Elite Spas do a good job. Thank you.

Purchased a hot tub from Elite Spas in Ipplepen. Ian is absolutely fantastic and has great knowledge on all products and services available. We had a really quick delivery and we were up and running in no time. After install we had a few teething problems (user error not product). Elite Spas were so helpful, always responded to calls and emails promptly with great help and advice. Sue is really helpful and polite. Always receive a very warm welcome and an all round lovely lady. A pleasure to see. Great customer service. Can not recommend Elite enough.

We went looking for a hot tube and we came across Elite hot tubes at Fermoys. I spoke with a gentlemen called Ian and he was very knowledgeable and helpful with no pressure added with sales, nothing was to much trouble. We bought a lovely hot tube and Martin the fitter was very helpful and reliable in setting up our new hot tube, he made instructions very clear on how to keep clean and use. They were very friendly and I would highly recommend them to anyone.A big thank you from Nick Parker
