Used the click and collect app. Did everything it said. Just wanted to get my daughters a couple of happy meals. 45 mins waiting. I had to address the front of house cleaner of my situation. They had basically given my meals away. The on duty manageress called Jade was brilliant. She sorted out my order and is a credit to the Newton Abbot branch. App is terrible. The runners for the food were clueless.

We got food poisoning. :( burgers where cold. Only good thing is customer service was fab.
Absolutely shocking - messed up a simple order over charged me by 6. Lad more interested in chatting to his boyfriend than doing his job. Managers were just useless in dealing with the issue and then never gave me the drinks and ice creams so had to ask again and again to get a rude response.
Bought my son lunch from the drive through. It was quite busy, but we were served quickly. Food was hot and tasty
They do an amazing job, very fast, the only gripe is that their large fries are never filled all the way and their drinks are never full.
