Mike was rude from our first interaction. Told me that my car MOT was such a fail that I should just scrap it. I advised I was happy to spend the money on it, and simply wanted him to diagnose and fix a computer issue. 4 days later I had phoned once a day and asked for updates that never came. My husband and I wanted to know whether he could actually fix it or not, and if so when. He could not answer any questions. He then said he wasn't willing to do any further work, and I should just collect the car. Quoting around 450. 15 minutes later I collected the car, and was served a bill for 550 odd. There was no proof that the charged work had been done. The alarm system that was previously working, no longer does, and the rear boot panel was ripped away from the door. Overall a very uninspiring interaction. Don't bother

I bought a defender From Mike Harding, purchased with a 6 month warranty and an MOT certificate, after 2 weeks I had a few problems and took it to an approved Land Rover specialist who had to rectify 2,500.00 pounds worth of faults as it was not fit to be on the roads, Mike Harding never paid out. DO NOT BUY ANYTHIN FROM THIS PERSON!! Great answer Mike, so where is the 500 to go towards the cost of repairs I had to pay? We have ALL had a tough year with Covid, this was before Covid so no excuse. I have all the faults that you MOT passed with pictures and videos wish I will post for you tomorrow. Oh I got a taxi from the airport, you did not collect me, also paid you 200 extra cash to deliver the Defender to port

Not the cheapest garage but if you have a landie of any description, they know them better than anyone. Mike himself and all the staff are unfailingly helpful, friendly and fair.

Fantastic service. Called in while on holiday to get a warning light looked at, they were able to fit me in immediately. They reset the light, explained the issue (turned out to be a none-issue) and the diagnostic charge was more than reasonable. I would definitely use them again if needs be.
