Frustrating since lockdown with revised opening times

I posted my Son's Birthday card in the post box outside the sorting office at 8.15pm the night before his birthday which is on the 28th Dec. To my horror the box was empty so I thought he'd get it late. I rang him 8.30 the next morning to wish him happy birthday and to apologize for his card not arriving. Yes it did, he said, the postman dropped it in at 7am. I know it's fairly local (10miles) but those guys have never let me down yet.

Lovely, friendly man served me. It was quite difficult to find and the parking was a nightmare. But I didn't have to wait long and it provides a good service.

Absolute joke of a company at Newton abbot. Never fully post my items through my door. Always left half hanging out. Missed a delivery so asked for a new date. They agreed item has still not shown up. Can I get hold of them via phone no. Absolutely useless. Never again with I use this useless company to sent parcels. I will always ask people to send stuff to me via a different company from now on
