Went there with 3 of my children, they had fun but they would in any soft play centre like that. The place was filthy, the ball pits were dirty and the soft play areas where worn and dirty. There was 1 lady serving who also has to clean up and when it's the school holiday that is not enough as it was very busy. The food was not very nice and when I mentioned it was great and asked for alternative it took so long to sort I just left it. I have given it 2 stars just for the lady serving as she couldn't appologise enough and she was under a lot of pressure today.

If there was a chance to leave 0 stars on anything, this would be it! We went for a children's party and if I never see the place again it will be too soon. We prdered 2 Sunday roasts. The roasties were fried and tasteless, the vegetables were over boiled, the gravy was like water and the Yorkshire pudding was floppy and tasteless. I was highly disappointed and as hungry as I was I didn't even eat half of it. Also given the facilities of the soft play and the wrestling older kids, etc It would have been nice if there was staff that checked on it. My son was injured 3 times in 2 hours, including one child who was easily 3 years older pinning my son by his legs leaving him screaming in pain. I noticed quickly thank goodness and the child ran off. His parents clearly weren't watching what their *cough* darling child was doing.

Good for kids. Large indoor and outdoor play areas. Food is usually well presented and cooked. I give it 4* because its good at what it's meant to be, it's never going to please the more foody minded, but shouldn't have too.
