Lived in Newton for nearly 2 years and just found out about Tisdalls from looking for a local washing machine repair. Found them on Monday and they offered a number of things to try before sending someone around. Unfortunately we needed an Engineer to come and look at our washer. It was taken away for repair on Tuesday and returned on Thursday. We were expecting this to cost hundreds but the repairs were small and so was the bill. Will be using Tisdalls again in the future.

Got my washer dryer picked up for repair was sent back due to unable to repair.. came back with rubber warn away on all feet, which they replaced but i later found a crack near the handle on the door. yes its a heavy machine etc but the way it was put into the van with other machines which looked old and broken im not surprised would be nice to get a new door but i thought it might end up being a battle. :( ive eventually got northwest appliance repairs LTD to fix the motor. now works great

Decided to use Tisdalls (Local Company) used them before, never had a problem with them. Both Lee & John have been very helpful, with my washing machine delivery, in these difficult times. Washing machine arrived today, Lee rang me to let me know it was on its way. John turned up 15 mins later, he was very helpful and knowledgeable, would highly recommend this Company. ***** Five Stars.

Great service as usual, great availability and got a new tumble drier same day when a bigger company said it will take a week to get one, can't fault Tisdalls, always happy with their service
