Fantastic weekend at newton stud, collecting some of our broodmares which are ready to foal in the next few months. After using newton stud for the last 7 years, the level of service and the standard of all our horses we have their is 1 million % We use Newton stud for all our embryo transfer work and have lots and lots of young stock there on livery. The level of care and attention to detail for our young stock and broodmares is amazing. The facilities are fantastic and we are looking forward to starting to do icsi with there fantastic vets. We would highly recommend newton stud to anyone wanting to breed their next superstar. We are looking forward to many many more successful years of breeding at this fantastic venue.

I live in the area of Newton Stud and enjoy walking past the fields of beautiful mares and foals on a regular basis. My retired mare is resident with the team at Newton Stud and the condition of the horses is second to none . I know from the overall care from the farrier, the vets , the equine dentists, the careful feeding of all the horses is a top priority, my horse lives a very contented life at Newton Stud.

I have visited this brilliant establishment both formally, on open days and unexpectedly just to admire the horses. The facilities are excellent, situation amazing but most importantly for any horse owner is the high level of care, knowledge and professionalism of the staff.

Couldn't find a good word to say about the place, from basic equine care to non existent communication skills. Terrible

I have had the most horrendous experience at Newton Stud. I lost 3 horses there or soon after. My world class dressage horse (short listed for the Rio Olympics) died in their slurry pit, my 2 yr old apparently broke a leg and was euthanised with no veterinary records whatsoever and my colt was treated for Rhodoccocus Equi - a pneumonia in foals that is often fatal - I was not told that he had been treated and he died shortly after coming home. After all this I have discovered that they commercially take in meat sludge and abattoir waste which is then spread on the fields that the mares and foals graze and that produces their 'own feed'. I know of many others who have had equally harrowing experiences.
