I cant thank this dental practice enough!! Called up last week for a emergency appointment as I was in excruciating pain! Spoke to a lovely lady at reception who booked me in that afternoon at 12.10! Not only did they book me in she put my mind at rest and assured me they would get it sorted that day. I arrived at 12.10 and had the tooth removed and was only Charged 78 I cant thank them enough! The previous day I attended a Dentist practice in Oswestry and was charged 90 for ten minutes and was sent away still in pain with my bad tooth!

I'm sorry to say that after joining the dentist recently I'm really disappointed with the service .I paid 49 for the check up and was given an appointment to attend a week later . I needed a cap done and after 25 mins of treatment I was told that a Temporary cap was put in 217 for the treatment and I needed to attend 2 weeks later .After paying 217 I was told to finish the work it would cost me 475 . I spoke to the Owner about the cost and said if I paid the 475 would the cap stay in she completely avoided the answer . I went from the Dentist on the Friday and the Temporary cap came out on the Sunday. Lastly dental assistant wasn't the best during the treatment !!! Very poor service After meeting with Sandra we came to a Satisfactory agreement .
