Cats neglected, owners lied to about care given! Bad reviews are removed after torrents of abuse and threats of liable action which are incorrect as an honest review cannot result in legal action! Owned and run by a chronic alcoholic cyber bully taking donations including cash for a charity that doesn't make it to the cats, food used for paying guests and their leftovers fed to \charity cats\! It's all smoke and mirrors! Behind the scenes any loving cat owner would be disturbed and avoid this cattery at all costs! Beware!!

There are only a few people I trust with my furbabies and Janet, the lady who owns this cat hotel, and her team are on that short list. Because it's a cattery and not kennels they are specific to cats. There's also a residential unit, Lila's Legacy where many unfortunate young and old cats live happily and safely. Customers and friends of the cat hotel are always welcome to visit and meet the residents. Superb place.

Our cat, Trouble, was very happy when she came back.. We always use Ballyclare cattery anytime we are going away.. I would totally recommend this facility to anyone..

It's the only place we leave our cats after trying out a lot of other place over 20 years. The owner is car mad. This place is very friendly and popular. The best thing about this place is the owner posts pictures of your cat on her Facebook page, so if you are missing the little dears you can check up on them. The cattery is clear doesn't smell and the cats do get out for a run about the shelter.
