I would also rate no stars for this business if I could, I rang them a month ago to enquire about a replacement handle for my mountfield lawnmower. The man who dealt with my query was abrupt and very unhelpful .I gave him the details of the part and he said he would ring back to see if it was in stock, I heard nothing so next day I rang again, he was very abrupt telling me he would ring when he found out about it. I'm still waiting for him to ring me. This company is listed by B&Q as the place to go for repairs and replacement parts. I rang the head office in England which is also listed by B&Q, they were extremely helpful and sent me a replacement handle free of charge, such a difference in the way my query was handled obviously customer care means more to them than Nesbitt
If could give zero stars I would! Disgraceful company!! Considering taking legal action against them!! Left my (working) petrol Mountainfield lawnmower in Last May for a check over and service, after 3 weeks and no contact I phoned to find out it hadn't been looked at and was told it would be sorted that week. Another month passed and still nothing from them! Several weeks and phone calls later was told it wasn't done. Eventually in September I decided to just go and take it back. I collected it and was disappointed to see it had been left outside all those months and had now begin to rust and had some parts missing. I showed this to the guy who simply stole the air filter cover off another lawnmower in yard. I took it home and put in in my shed then this week took it out to cut my grass and on closer inspection have noticed other parts have been swapped and other parts are missing !! So much so I am now left with a lawnmower that is now unusable and will have to be scrapped and replaced at my own expense! STAY CLEAR!!
