We got recommended to use the tank Doc company and we were not disappointed, very fast service, Very helpful and he fitted better filters to the tank and boiler. Old tank removed very happy with his service would recommend and use again if needed.

Brought him out to move my oil tank as was gettin some work done in back garden and 3 of us couldn't move it as it was a full tank. Left him to it as I'd to go to work. Next day noticed the oil watchman was showing only half a tank, so went out n had a look at it myself n gave it a good push n it moved. Given that the day before 3 of us couldn't move it n now I could on my own showed how much oil was missing. Phoned him n told him there was a lot of oil missing n he said he didn't take it, why would he. But I reckon there's hundreds of reasons why someone in the oil business would steal oil next day went to turn heating on n it didn't work. Phoned him, apparently it needed bled, but this of course was my fault for having to go to work so I couldn't have turned the heating on for him to bleed it. Didn't bother leaving a note to say it'd need bled or offer to come back to do it. After that he didn't answer any calls from me. Bottom line he's a thief. I'd to put in 300 litres of oil to get it back to Same level.
I used the Tank Doc today, he gave me a time he was going to be here and he was. He was a friendly person and had the oil moved from one tank to another very quickly id reccomend him if you need any work like that done
Experience not good. Fitted a new oil tank with no filter and second hand valve. Complained whole way and charged 120 more than his quote. Building control have since said tank and base are not complaint and needs to be moved away from fence. He won't answer his phone. I don't belive this guy if Oftec or any of that stuff.
Fantastic service. Our oil tank had split, and The Tank Doc saved the day. Speedy, reliable service all done with a smile and great attitude. Highly recommended.
