Bought what we thought was an ex-display sofa, which turned out to be a returned item covered in pet hair. Was told it was 'sold as seen', so even with covid restrictions, suggest you carefully examine any item. The animal hair was not visible in the light of the store (the sofa was a tweedy material) but very obvious in the sunlight. The store also forgot to pack the arm cushions when they clingfilmed the settee for delivery and we were told we could pop by to pick them up - their mistake but we were expected to drive an hour and a half to collect them! After a long call to the store, they agreed to refund the item. It's a good place for a bargain but examine furniture very, very carefully.
