Bought a four year old motorhome from here, at a show ground. Agreed a part exchange deal with my very low milaged 3 year old van... Went to showroom to do the deal.. Discovered they were a secon hand car dealer now new to the Motorhome business... They put us in a room upstairs whilst they 'inspected' our van... We spnt aprox 4 hours in this room, in the middle of a boiling hot summer, no air con and no offer of a drink... And no one came to explain what was going on until I wen down and found someone... They were still inspecting my van and had apparently found some issues... They inisted on holding back 1000 until they got more advice... Several weeks. We got it back when they were advised there was nothing wrong with the van. I had several issues with the van, which they tried to get out of by redirecting me to a used car warranty company... Which I argued against. They gave me just a very short warranty in comparison to every other dealer, that basicly covered very little. I traded the van in for another at a better dealer just 3 months later.. I recieved 50,000 bearing in mind I paid 63000 for it... It turned out you could buy them brand new for just 62000...same model, same spec....whale had ripped me off. Their knowledge, service, attirude and customer care is aweful!! Go somewhere else....

On the whole, Excellent Service. The only negative point we experienced was a trade in figure was agreed by a salesman at the dealership who inspected our old \day\ camper van we put in part exchange against one of their IH van conversion motorhomes. When we later visited to sign the finance agreement and collect our chosen motorhome, the salesman then announced he wanted more deposit money from us. The salesman had as much time looking over our part exchange as we took in looking at different models. We almost decided not to proceed with the sale, but a compromise was reached and we purchased our IH. Aside from that, the service from the staff has been fantastic. They are friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to help with either advice or technical support and work. (We've returned our van on a couple of occasions for modifications, and their work has always been first class). We would have no reservations in recommending this dealership to anyone who was thinking about buying a motorhome and we're always checking out their website dreaming of an upgrade! We certainly intend to return when finances allow.

Recently took delivery of S/H motor home from Nick Whale. Sadly an experience I have since grown to regret. The Motor home is fine but was insulted by having to pay for 4 new tyres to go on my trade in even though a full inspection had been done and deal concluded. I should of walked away but I honoured my part of the bargain. I wont go back.

We have just taken delivery of our newish Hymer motorhome today. Amazed how super efficient everything and everyone was. From the first day we looked and chose the vehicle to completing today. We had a 3 hour induction of our motorhome and small snagging inspection, everything was sorted for us and all questions answered. Would definitely recommend and use them again. Thank you so much we were truly impressed by all the staff we dealt with.
