We visited your Cheshire Oaks stall this morning and was slightly apprehensive about our trip in the current climate! This was made a pleasant experience because of Lucy; nothing was too much trouble for her when assisting us to obtain the correct sizes - we ended up buying 4 pairs of trainers and would have bought another pair if the size had been available! Lucy is a great asset to your company; such a pleasant, well mannered and proactive young lady!

I went here yesterday to buy a pair of trainers. As I waited I. The queue another assistant went behind the counter and started to pack things up. I didn’t see this as a problem as two ladies were already serving customers. As the counter in front of me became empty I approached and the assistant looked at me and walked off. I waited and she continued to walk away. I left my potential purchase on the counter and walked out of the shop. Never to return again. If retail wonders why it in trouble it needs to remember without customers they have no business.
