We have used Nick on several occasions - a Party Wall Agreement and a couple of Building Surveys - and his service has always been excellent. No stone is left unturned; his survey reports are very detailed and have helped us make well informed decisions. Nick's professional application aside, he is a thoroughly nice chap, engaging and always helpful. Should a need arise, we will definitely be using Nick again.

I have used Nick’s services twice, each time for a house pre-purchase building survey. It was a good experience on both occasions, a full detailed report was provided and he also took time to go through specific questions and patiently explain some of the more technical content. We were buying an apartment close to the River Thames which was part of a listed building and also, due to the proximity of the river, had a potential flood issue. Nick helped us by surveying the whole property and advising on key aspects of the building and raising our awareness of actual and potential issues. Initially NJC Services carried out a full building survey for us when we were in the process of purchasing our home which really assisted us in the buying process and negotiating the price, it proved most useful in the end!! Their knowledge and reliability was excellent leaving us no doubt in appointing them to re-design our detached house internally and extending to the rear and side of the house. They dealt with the planning and building regulation process and always kept us up to date at key points and helping us decide on design decisions and possible neighbourly issues.
