Fantastic service, I have restricted access & it's a nightmare getting anything delivered. Nice early delivery avoided all the usual problems we have. Driver was excellent & phoned me beforehand with an ETA, very professional. I'm also very happy with the wood, it's very high quality product in excellent condition. I was very pleasently surprised at how nice the wood is. No messing, very happy with the service & wood I received. Wish I'd have found them earlier so I could have ordered everything from them. Great quality shiplap delivered promptly and Steve the delivery guy could not have been more helpful, would definitely recommend.
Windows arrived within the time scale. Resonably priced. More communication would have been nice, and delivery info. The delivery driver left them across the front door which opens outwards... didnt ring the bell.. So thats a bit of a down.
