Got some Western Union money sent to me, in euro, but I had to tell them the exact amount in in order to get them. Really? You should change your job mate! Spanish guys will never say, as default, the amount in ! Worst services ever!

From my previous dealings, i had no issues when getting euros for my holiday, the exchange rate was fair and the buy back rate did fluctuate, i would be nice to know if you purchase from here that when you come back with left over notes that you can get a favourable exchange back if you can prove you got the money with documentation, over all it was a good experience.

Just needed some Euros for a short trip to Seville. Ashantai served me nothing but absolute rudeness. Tried to sell me their 'guarantee' and include it within my money without making it clear to me. I'm sure the regulator would have something to say about this. Also tried her best to make me feel super guilty for asking for a paper receipt rather than giving her my email address. I'm sorry I don't feel comfortable handing over me personal data to you! Her words were 'I'm trying to save paper that's all' Thanks Ashantai for your pure lack of customer service, I think you're in the wrong job.

Only realised after picking up Australian dollars that the majority of several hundred was in 5 dollar notes, then a lot of 10s. Not a single 50! Absolute joke
