Customer service very low, the two ladies working there need to be a bit more attentive, they didn't care one bit, if I had the choice I would have gone somewhere else. Exchange rate the best I could find in Plymouth, however still quite low. Customer service very sleepy. Better rate online than in store, order online and collect in store.

Bought Chinese Yuan and Hong Kong dollars. When I got home I compared the exchange rate that I received in the shop with the exchange rate No1 Currency quote online and it was about 5% less. If you order online and collect it in the shop you get a far better rate.
