Being a frequent traveller all around the word, we were recommended No 1 by a friend. Having been often in some of the “best” hotels around the world, we have never been better welcomed and even looked after. The bed was so comfortable and the shower heavenly, I actually found it hard to get out of both! The whole setting was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, a sitting room usable all day and even a welcome to place your own wine into the fridge! All in all everything was well thought of. Simon being an accomplished chef made us some homemade granola with fresh strawberry puree and greek yoghurt, followed by a generous portion of smoked salmon and scrambled eggs! We hope to stay again later in the summer. Excellent place!!!!
