Great products, excellent service. I wanted to upgrade my coat hood. I called up and was invited in for a chat. I was asked what I was looking for and was shown a range of fox and mink pelts. The charming gentleman found me exactly what I wanted and a week later I had my specially bred fox. It was everything I wanted, for a price ofcourse. Can confirm am now addicted to fur. 9.7/10 no regrets.

Excellent experience, wide range to choose from - I found a mink coat I loved and bought ii. The experience and knowledge of the gentleman helping me was really useful in making the choice I made. I was impressed that a coat cold be made to order or alterations made if something wasn't quite perfect for the customer. I will be going back.

They are not great in terms of customer interaction, and a little obsequious. My mother's fur coat came out unscathed and looked quite good after they cleaned it.

Appalling customer service, don't even bother with these people. We took a brand new garment for alteration but we are now left with completely destroyed item. They have completely denied they have done this. Rude, overpriced, very poor craftsmanship. Do not recommmend it to anyone.Disgrace!!
