AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Customer service absolutely shocking, the manager has been sending me threatening emails this evening after I wrote to him in response to their newsletter. He actually used the phrase “call back if you’ve got the real balls”. Actually speechless. Do yourself a favour and shop somewhere where you can actually return your products and you don’t feel like you’re doing them a favour that you’re buying from them!

Having previously bought furniture and lighting from Nordic Style and being very pleased with the style and quality I have returned to purchase further. This time the 9 light Madeleine Chandelier which is my second one, it’s absolutely stunning and would fit in with both a modern and antique setting. I have also bought 2 three drawer bedside chests in Antique White to match my Chest on Chest from the same range. The chests are beautifully made and drawers roomy and substantial. I can’t speak highly enough of the quality of the items I have bought and the great communication with the owner Mark who is very much a hands on person. The delivery crew under Ian are pleasant and willing despite carrying heavy furniture up an awkward staircase. So very proud of my home now and thank you Nordic Style. Elizabeth Brown

I bought one of their candles, Limeleaf & Ginger but when lit there was no frangrance coming from the candle. When I asked if I could get a refund I was told in no uncertain terms that this was not possible as I had opened the box and lit the candle. This is beyond comprehension as how else would I know that the candle was not giving off any fragrance. Very disappointed with their customer service and definately would NOT recommend their candles (which are not cheap)

Delivered incorrect chairs during their closing down sale and now we are stuck with them. We can't sell them on as nobody is interested in this brand.
