I had to visit A&E today. Everyone was just brilliant. IT seemed well managed, calm and organised and the waiting time was better than I was expecting. My heartfelt thanks to everyone in the unit.. Yo all have my thanks and admiration.

Very smart and professional hospital with a sweeping picturesque and green backdrop. I have had many appointments here as well as a surgery and have been impressed. Definitely a high point for the NHS. When I have visited outpatient clinics I have not had to wait long and have even been seen early.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone working in the Norfolk & Norwich Vaccination Centre today. To see different public services coming together & working as one effectively & with passion was impressive and valued. I hope you all continue to remain safe whilst supporting us & thank you for what you are doing!!

In November 2020 I attended the Eye Clinic for a lazer procedure and I cannot complain about the 2 hours that I was there. I was treated with respect and dignity despite the fact that my optician had referred me in October 2019 I accepted my fate. At the time there was 40 Covid 19 cases and naturally I was nervous about that, but no need as I was greeted by a gate keeper and asked the usual questions and told to sanitise my hands. In the Eye Clinic there were only patients and it was half empty and rather spacious because of not allowing all the hangers on to be seated with the patient. Cannot remember the name of the gentleman who did my procedure, but he was very pleasant.
