I have been using Norfolk Marine for years and they are always helpful and the shop well stocked. Most recently I have dealt with Richard (who I have known for years) for some standing rigging and he is very knowledgeable and helpful. You are in safe hands with the Norfolk Marine team!

Such a shame really. The shambolic nature of the shop, stuff on the floor all the time, like a small chandlery bomb has gone off perhaps - could be forgiven in a 1970's kind of shopkeeping comedy sketch. What can't be forgiven is that the staff seem to actively ignore or avoid customers and if you do manage to persuade one out of hiding - there's an excellent chance they'll be really really rude and offensive. There is some expertise amongst them, but frankly they all want some training on manners and how to not alienate and antagonise customers. 17 year olds would have more awareness and aptitude for the job. These guys come across as belligerent shelf stackers. 2 stars as the stock is pretty fair if you can find it. Others have detailed why the other three are missing also, it's about time someone there got a grip of the place before you're all out of jobs chaps.

Man in his forty's on front desk needs the sack. What a rude arrogant little man you are. Why on earth would anyone who values their company employ this guy let alone put him in direct contact with its customers is beyond me. Never again will I put my money through your business. Drive to Brundall and use Brian Wards, They know how to treat you with respect and freely give you the time and advice on your purchases.

Bought fire extinguishers at an average price. Seem a bit pricey to me for other things but there isnt another Chandler's for miles.
