Totally disappointed with the service and empathy! Had to cancel our September holiday week in Seasalt because our cat became seriously ill. Emailed to start with explaining why we couldn’t go, got a round robin response! Rang and spoke to Emily who seemed very understanding BUT got an email stating that no credit discount/voucher for next year could be given!! We paid for our holiday 1000 in January-originally going in May, so they have had interest on that money!! Am extremely disappointed at their attitude-and lack of humanity!

Poor! We have being sold a a holiday in a lodge with Wifi and Hot tub. Arrived and discovered that WiFi is in the nearest bar. And Hottub isn't there at all. There was a public one nearby you had to share with others and pay for it extra. Management refuse to take any responsibility for missold holiday. We had to go home and lost money and time.

The care and maintenance of the cottage we stayed in was appalling. The standard of the deep clean was not even an adequate clean. The damp meant I had to wash clothes not worn due to the smell. I am glad my elderly parents did not go with us due to Covd because I would not have let them stay. This is the most we have paid for a cottage at this time of year but by far the worse condition.This cottage in its prime would have been as amazing as the photos on line show but iis now neglected and damp.I am still waiting for a response to many points and pictures I have sent. I have also reported the condition to the owner who is devasted.i will never use this company again and highly recommend no one else does. As a last point first time I have stayed in a cottage where you have no where to review it and now I know why!!!!.

Abysmal service. Booked a cottage with them and they took money. Next day they email to say they couldn’t provide the cottage. Refund been requested 3 times now. Nobody answering phones despite being on hold for hours. Now reported to the bank. Awful experience with them AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Beware! The website states that if you want to book during covid and then cancel, they will refund your deposit. Well, good luck with this. We were due to go away on 21st June. Despite intense pressure from them to re-schedule our holiday , we requested a deposit refund, in line with their stated policy.The communication then ceased - we have heard nothing for 3 weeks. We have lost count of the amount of emails we've sent. The phone rings unanswered for 45 minutes (clearly there is nobody dealing with phone calls). We couldn't even use their website to request a refund; the response we got back was that they are dealing with 'more imminent holidays'! Well, what's more imminent than a trip that was supposed to happen last week? Thoroughly unprofessional service - they even had the cheek to tell us that our contract was with the holiday cottage, not them!
