We had a pigeon trapped in our chimney - it's a closed chimney, and we could see it in the grate in our spare bedroom, but had no idea how to get out and were concerned if we had to wait for a chimney sweep to be available then the pigeon might die. I found Kevin's details on Google, gave him a call and he was at our house within an hour. With our consent, he widened the hole behind the grate (far more expertly than we'd have been able to do) so he could rescue the pigeon and it flew away quite happily when we took it outside. Most grateful to Keven - he was quick, kind and funny, and most importantly he rescued the pigeon :)
