I left today after 2 weeks of staying. The help I had received from all the staff helped me overcome my problems. I was reticent on seeking for help but I'm glad I did. I had a great emotional and mental support while there and I could not express by words how thankful I am for everything they've done for me. The staff if very kind and supporting, was always there to lend me a hear when I wasn't feeling good. The clinc is well kept and clean and, most important, quiet during night time which let me have some peaceful rest. Thank you to all the staff of the Crisis House and Crisis team.

They maybe all nice and caring, but it doesn't take them that long to show you their true colours, and that's just the staff, the residents are a bunch of traitors. When the team decide to put you in a hotel, it's not really a hotel, it's a bnb, and you're left to to go without food for the rest of the day, unless you have a lot of cash to order takeaway twice a day every day for a fortnight. Maybe it's their way of punishing people like myself for being mentally and physically unwell in the first place.
