Called James a few weeks back as my upstairs bay window had suddenly started leaking rain water. He came round the next day, had a look, gave me a really competitive quote but said he couldn't carry out the works for two weeks due to workload. I was hoping for it sooner as there was water coming in my bedroom so he said he would see what he could do. Got a message a few days later saying he'd re-arranged a few non essential jobs could get it on sooner. Lads turned up, were polite and professional and a pleasure to have in the house. Finished job is exceptionally neat and they did not leave a single piece of debris or rubbish anywhere. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a roofer, no hassle, no fuss and a very professional job. Will not go anywhere else from no on.

James is very reliable. We thought our gutter join was leaking from rain. James turned up same day and found actually the water sink hole was too tiny and leaves blocked the access. He drilled the sink bigger so it doesn't happen and also gave ideas how to prevent it in future. I highly recommend James @ North East Roofing Services.
