It's like a big sweet shop, I need to control myself. Bought some lovely cod loin, then was offered some free mince!! Enough for four burgers! Very nice, thank you Waitrose.

I visited today to collect an online order. I was collecting a chocolate salted caramel cake which was amazing and really tasted good. I was also collecting a sushi platter which unfortunately was not available, the lovely partners at North Walsham store had put me together a massive selection of sushi, which they made sure I was happy with and didnt charge me for it due to the inconvenience. This was such a lovely gesture and the person on customer service couldn't have been more polite or helpful.
