Halfords Northallerton is your one-stop shop for bikes, car parts and accessories, they even throw in PHENOMENAL customer service at no cost. The professional, friendly, and courteous staff are able to fit car batteries, wiper blades and car bulbs, right away for a small fitting cost, they will also throw in a smile at now cost and some friendly conversation about everything they can do in store, all whilst performing a free car check, the entire service was perfectly splendid! I was also able to browse the collection of men's and women's bikes. The the shorter days and winter weather were stopping me from enjoying my bike rides, I was able check out their wide range of cycle clothing, suitable for all conditions, I am now back to being a happy, warmer cycler. :) Shopping during all this uncertainty was made so much easier, and was a wonderfully pleasant experience at this small local shop. I will be back to visit, but only for essential items, of course! Thank you Halfords Northallerton for a pleasant and memorable experience today.

Pleasant visit for a small (but needed) car accessory purchase - no advice needed from staff.. Young Lady cashier was both friendly, courteous and helpful, made an altogether welcoming experience.

Great store, great staff. Happy to answer questions and very knowledgeable. Also I have recently had to return an item that I could have easily been accused of damaging myself, which I didn’t, but was met with friendly staff who simply replaced the item with lour fuss. Highly recommend.

I called in to purchase a tool kit for my son. The lady who served me was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She also recognised me from a trip last week where I ordered and paid for another item - and even though they hadn't contacted me to say it was there, she said she thought it had arrived and she went and got it for me. First Class - 10 out of 10 for recognising me and 10 out of 10 for excellent customer service. This is what brings customers back - but it seems to be quite rare to find!
