Terrible customer service, I am so disappointed in how employees talk to people. It is unacceptable to be rude and dissmisive to your customers under any circumstances, and especially if the customer is trying to be nice and apologetic. I am sure they do their actual job properly, but whoever is on the phone needs to be taught basic manners. Glad I didn't go, and would not recommend.
Lady is very helpfull, and acupuncture is very helpfull for less sleeping, pain spinek problems

Lucy has make a big improvement to my quality of life and reducing symptoms.l have had pain in my eyes for 3--4 years.Over the winter l had migraine pain everyday.l taking pain killed every day.After 6 session acupuncture treatment.l have only taken pain killed 2 days in 6 weeks.l also had severe arthritis and sciatic.Lucy cured sciatic immediately and improved my back so much.l can now touch my toes.l have so much better to thank Lucy for.l highly recommend her.The treatment works well. Went for a consultation after a few days of very acute, completely crippling lower back pain, being unable to get an appointment with my GP. I had never tried acupuncture before nor really thought about it. The diagnosis was a slipped disc...I had three acupuncture sessions, getting visibly better after each one of them. After the first one, I could walk again!, after the second one, I could walk comfortably and fast; after the third one, the pain and stiffness were gone completely. I though it would take me months to get better! The doctor was very kind and clear in her explanations, very patient, described the treatment before going on with any of the steps, asking if it was ok before starting. Very reassuring, and it really did wonders for my back...! Extremely grateful and happy with the service, would certainly, certainly recommend.
Great doctor can really save from bad back pain
Well I wouldn't have given a one star review if the lady did not lie about the fees. I went there for the cupping therapy as this was the only place open on Sunday. I had checked all the prices in their website. When we got there and asked for the price, she mentioned it's 25 for 20 minutes (it was 15 for 30 minutes in their site). So I told her that the price is different in the site, she smiled and told me that it needs to be updated and is very old (customer don't want to hear that). Anyways she agreed on 15. After I was done and was about to pay, GUESS what I saw on the wall? 'Cupping: 15' So you dint have time to update that's hanging right on your wall, even on Sunday when you have no customer around. Never going back.
