Despite the rain it really wasn't as swampy as many courses I know, which was really good. I was surprised by the amount of litter in the bushes tho. Not the fault of the course.

Lovely course in great condition and very friendly staff. A great test of your skill and some lovely views. Well drained course and good greens.

Course is badly maintained (the 9 hole). Some staff are casual & possess what can at best be described as poor communication skills. You can be the only person on the course but the grass cutting machine will only cut yours & hold you up. No discernable rules for play. Cafe? No thanks. Should be one star but I'm in a good mood.

3 of the guys I play with have recently become members. So looks like I'm next! But I can see why they chose to join. The course is always in good condition even throughout the winter months. It's in especially good condition at the moment (June 2020) and the greens are like felt. The prices are very good compared with courses around Northampton in comparison to what they have on offer too. A great little par 3 course. A nice little driving range. A well stocked pro shop. A challenging course that's well designed and keeps you on your toes. And a decent little bar to top it off. 2 thumbs fresh.
