I've purchased insoles from Chaneco twice now, and the customer service has been great. The products arrived on time, actually, even earlier than promised! I would recommend them to anyone.

They are the most incompetent firm I have had the misfortune to deal with . I ordered an elevated arm sling . As I have injured my hand and it is very swollen I paid for next day delivery . It did not arrive , when I phoned them told a glitch ( new word for messed up ) in the system . Even though I paid for next day before 12 oclock I would not receive it until Monday or Tuesday next week .I NEED IT NOW . I said cancel they said they cant send it back at my expense . After argument they said they will arrange collect . If that is efficient as delivery I will have to stay in the week. DONT TOUCH THIS FIRM WITH A BARGE POLE . Have now received the sling . They advertise it as a high sling , it just slips down as a normal sling . That was money down the drain

Following diagnosis and medical advice I have used wrist braces most of the time for close on two years. Most of the products from Chaneco have been satisfactory. The orders have been fulfilled promptly. However I returned a pair of beige braces where the central palm spine had worked through the plastic and into palm of my hands. I returned them with a friendly note drawing their attention to what had happened asking for comment. This was ignored so I sent two e-mails several days apart, also both ignored. Eventually I telephoned. I was told that one telephone call had been made to me but nothing left on the answer phone, and no follow up call made. I then learned that there were 30 and 90 day embargoes on returns and claims, although I do not recall seeing such information on the web-site. I was told that as I had used them 10 or 11 times their failure was not unreasonable. I suggested then that as I was using them most of the time I would have to buy at least two pairs a month. I was asked for details of the purchase, I suggested that they should have customer records given I had made several purchases. So I gave up, not worth pursuing for 20: but I was somewhat taken aback when the reaction to my saying I would by elsewhere was, in effect, \OK\. So I am disappointed. The failure to answer three communications suggests that they are not interested in individual customers.
