A dear friend of mine is currently residing at Cliftonville. It has warm welcoming staff and fantastic activity girls. She has more fun here than she has had in years. I would highly recommend Cliftonville to anyone.

Talk the talk but can't walk the walk! Referred there by Cynthia Spencer Hospice for non complex EoL nursing care. All very pleasant when shown round and saying how efficient and effective their care is, but then said they couldn't meet the needs of the individual but refused to do an assessment! I question how they could be registered for nursing care yet say they cannot provide BASIC NURSING CARE? But the do have a lovely glossy brochure.... Thank you for your response which is pure nonsense! You did not undertake an assessment and therefore did not follow your own processes. Fortunately we found Symphony Care home. No glossy brochure just excellent care. If you can't provide BASIC NURSING CARE it goes to show that profit is your only interest!

Having recently visited Cliftonville Care Home to carry out a Google virtual tour for the business, I was extremely impressed by the professional and helpful approach of all members of their staff. The decor and facilities are more like a hotel than a care home, and I witnessed many of the residents being treated with the utmost care. Having experienced several care homes with my own family, this is clearly head and shoulders above anything else in the county.

My wife Janet has been on the Memory ward for seven weeks. When we started looking at Care Homes we were told by a number of people to never expect a perfect place. Well seven weeks on and so far they are wrong. Cliftonville could not be better in any way. The care, dedication and love all the staff give is just wonderful. They also extend that love and support to us as a family. There are also three \Pink Ladies\, the Activity Team. They provide plenty of different event and are a constant joy and pleasure to see in action. It is a lovely home but so much more as it is a home filled with love and care.
