GELVIS WARD

Ray and Tom did a fantastic job selling my house, all within 2 weeks. They were very kind and professional, they kept me updated daily. There must of been an average of 4 viewings per day during that period. I would definitely recommend Ray and Tom of Cotters Estate Agent if you are selling your property. An added bonus, they are really nice chaps!!

I would not suggest cotters for students. You spend a lot of money, staff are very rude. Regret getting a student house with cotters as it has now left me struggling. Was very rude to my friend in the beginning and gave her room to another student which left her homeless. The house was nicely decorated apart from the rooms. The lights kept blowing, the washing machine kept breaking down. Leaks in the shower. Sometimes there was no gas. And they expect summer rent up until August. Unfriendly staff and expensive prices for low standards. I rate 1 star. Worst decision I am now a student who has never been in dept now struggling with money. Harassed both myself and my dad everyday calling when I was struggling to pay over the summer as I am a full time student & loan covers the terms we are at uni and then everyone goes back to their homes for summer. Save your money. key homes may not be the best but they are cheaper and understanding. And you don’t have to pay summer rent unless you choose to stay. My landlord is called carol who owns a house on Abbey Road.
