Deeper Being provides both excellence and authenticity in the arts they practice and teach including Tai Chi Chuan, Meditation, Chi Kung, massage etc. Rachael & Nick Cheang are both professional and highly skilled in their respective arts as practitioners and teachers. I highly recommend Deeper Being.

I learnt some excellent fighting techniques that came in useful when I got in a fight one time. Nick is a great (and rather patient) teacher.

I attended a Tai Chi class out of curiosity not sure what to expect. I have been blown away! The depth of knowledge and experience of the team is truly immeasurable. After a turbulent year with a few health and personal problems I don't know how I could cope without my Shifu's and the training I have be given. I have attended classes, workshops and private therapies. All I can say is thank you and recommend it to all, come join in the warm and nurturing atmosphere and build strength and balance. Again thank you to all at Deeper Being and MDA.
