How unintelligent is the counter staff who asked for receiver first name and then transferred the money across to totally different name!?! Rudely tells then that the name mentioned not on her screen!!?? Well why should it be??!! Multiple receivers at different times. Apparently I should know THEIR rules. Why would anyone knowingly provide incorrect information to counter staff!! STUPID
