Following communication with the company director, my issue has now been resolved. Helpful, swift response. I understand things go wrong from time to time, but this kind of service from the start is what makes you come back. Thank you for resolving my issue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I bought a 4.5x3m waterproof gazebo. I spent nearly 200 on it so was keen to ensure we followed all the correct instructions. I even bought special protective bags to keep the canopy and sides in. We never left it up overnight. We used the gazebo twice, then on the third attempt we noticed that it was literally coming apart at the seams with the stitching coming undone. I contacted customer service as my item was under warranty, I included photos of the loose stitching. In the first instance I was told to buy a replacement from eBay or Amazon! Never in my life have I heard the likes. It was then alleged that I had ‘damaged’ the gazebo during storage?! How, is anyone’s guess! Even after explaining that the gazebo suffers from poor workmanship and not damage, I was still accused of damaging the item myself. I can see from Trustpilot and other similar review websites that I am not the only victim of this shambolic disgrace of a company. I see several people are now looking to take legal action, and at this stage, I see no other alternative for our complaint. Absolute rip off merchants who should be ashamed of their poor customer service. Two family members were both planning on ordering this item, not so much now. DO NOT USE!!!!

This place is awful! The worst place to buy anything from. DO NOT BUY from this company. Bought a gazebo which arrived damaged and they didn’t want to refund or replace the item. Had to send back at my own expense. Issue unresolved

I bought a Airwave Four Seasons Essential 3x3 Pop Up Gazebo No Sides, it was used for 3 days when I noticed the canopy was ripped. I contacted the company and supplied photographs as requested. I was then asked 'how long was it up for' to which I replied 3 days. This as I found out later was a loaded question and I fell for it. I was then told as it was up for 3 days and left unattended it they would not repair or refund. I then disputed that it up unattended as I did not state whether it was up continuously or not. Had they asked the question to get the facts and not to get me to make a statement that could be used against me, I would have told them it was up and used on 3 separate occasions and it was never left unattended. I am now contacting trading standards and citizens advice with regards to starting small claims court action. They will do anything to get out of a warranty claim, stay clear. You have been warned.

Bought a Jack Stonehouse coffee machine back in Dec 2019 from here. It failed after 3 months, they sent out another one. Seemed all good. The exact same issue occurred in this new machine. Sent an email on June 30th, haven't heard anything back. When you call your told you go into a queue, once your through the queue, you get onto an automated options message for 'Pro Rider' - doesn't matter what option you choose, the options message repeats over and over again. Took 35 minutes on hold to figure this out. Incredibly poor service, still no answer on what's going to happen with this coffee machine.

Horrendous customer service. Ordered a radiator cover which arrived damaged. Sent 2 emails to ask for a replacement part which were ignored until I raised a Paypal dispute. They then first offered to send a replacement part before admitting the item was out of stock (this hadn't been checked beforehand) and they had no way of knowing when or if it would be restocked, then offered to let me choose a different cover before admitting these were also out of stock before finally I gave up and asked for a refund and ordered elsewhere. Responses were beyond slow which was then blamed on Covid-19. Oddly none of the other companies I've dealt with recently have been as bad. Also doesn't explain offering replacement parts for products they don't have in stock! Clearly a badly managed company with poor training for their employees. Save your money and shop elsewhere!
