Really impressed with Hannah driver and her team when buying my house. Just got sent a letter months after completing giving me a 6 refund on some fees, they could easily have just pocketed this but gave it back to me instead, amazing. Cheers guys.

This is the second time I have used Franklins Solicitors Northampton, both times I have felt the service to be exceptional, quick and definitely working in the clients best interest - they are a modern office too which has definitely been of help during this pandemic time with special online identification verification and email rather than having to visit the office or wait for the post when you want to get things moving, so no unnecessary hold ups or waiting for an appointment. They really do their best to work to your time frame and keep you updated along the way. Both times I have had the pleasure of Scotts team and can't give enough praise to them all, a special mention for Lucy Waller, she is amazing and a pleasure to deal with - works so hard. I have to say that Scott also responds promptly and anyone else that I have spoken with there has always been helpful, polite and professional. Thank you!

They provide a hopeless service. They either do not respond or are very slow. They are very unorganised with paperwork. Most of the time you have to go back and forth and this process never ends. As a customer you are unable to understand the process of buying home and you have to wait for months to finish the process.
