In the times of covid 19, I felt very safe. I wasn't rushed into making a choice between the two piercings I was debating. Facebook correspondence was prompt. I felt at ease during the whole process from start to finish. Fresh today, so far so good

I took my seven year old daughter in to Pulse this week to have her ears pierced. I can't praise them enough. Firstly, they provided us with masks and hand sanitiser and everyone there was fully protected so we felt completely at ease. The gentleman who did the piercing couldn't have been nicer. He spoke to my daughter throughout the experience, made sure she understood what was happening and that she was okay for him to go ahead. He joked with her to put her at ease and the whole thing was done extremely quickly. She didn't flinch at all throughout and we were given lots of advice on how to care for the piercing afterwards. I recommended Pulse to a friend who has now taken her older daughter to get her second set done there and they were also really pleased. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had three of my piercings done here, two of them were not healing properly, I had medusa for over a year struggling as it was constantly infected and hurting to even smile. I went to another salon asking to take them off and she was shocked how badly the medusa was pierced and how the piercing was too small and incorrect for beginners/healing. It tore my inner lip badly and outer leaving a scar. I would say that the people working there sadly care more about the money and not customers health. :)
