Website is next to useless. Difficult to navigate and no useful information at all. Don't bother trying to call them it takes absolutely ages for them to answer (if they ever do). Email is the best way to contact but don't expect a reply for at least 7-10 days.

phone up a couple months ago to set up a payment i could afford and the horrible lady refused it fuming. phone up again today was a man he was vary professional and caring 10 time better than the witch i had so all sorted thanks to the nice man haha
I am suffering with anxiety and depression and lost my job due to this. I called this terrible company, i was crying and the lady told me she was going to put me on hold until ive stopped crying! I kept saying hello and i was just blanked. Disgusting. I am wa6for a manager to call me back. I will take this further.
24 July 2019 Your Reference: 21527375 Dear Sir or Madam, I write regarding a telephone conversation this morning with a Mrs E Cross, an agent employed by your company. (09:30 - 8m 56s) Putting the reason for the call to one side my complaint is primarily about the use of inappropriate & intimidating language. The follow words - CRIMINAL - WARRANT - ARREST Mrs E Cross referred to this Civil Matter as a \Criminal Matter\! After i politely pointed out that this is a Civil matter she then got rather heated and said that she wasn't going to argue with me. I during this conversation was entirely calm and polite. Mrs E Cross then proceeded to compound her error by angrily threatening me with a Warrant and Arrest! I have a recording of the conversation. It's good practice to record all official telephone conversations. My daughter is a Solicitor and her advice on hearing the recording was to register a complaint first with yourselves and then with the appropriate regulatory authority. And then if i feel so inclined upload the recording of the telephone conversation onto Social Media with my personal details redacted. Yours Sincerely XXXXXXXXXXX
So Devon County Council decided after not accepting my appeal against a parking ticket for a car that I didn't own like the Pr1ck5 that they are, they got Ross & Roberts on the case. I explained to them that I did not owe the debt and sent all supporting evidence that I sent to them and informed them that they've got no chance of getting the money out of me. A few rude letters and a couple of calls later a hand delivered letter came through the door from a Ben Grice. Now this utter g0bsh1te tried telling me that a judge has given him power to over ride removal of Implied rights of access. When I asked him for the Judge's name and what court he represented he informed me that he would be seeing me real soon and ended the call.... Fast forward 5 months and again another hand delivered letter through the door by MR G0bsh1te and this time I was home and picked the letter up, went to walk out of the house to return the letter to him and to inform him that he had trespassed on the property but the wet flannel took one look at me and the phone in my hand which was on record, whacked his van in reverse and bolted before I got the opportunity to have a chat. Bit of a shame really as I thought I would get a decent YouTube video out of it, Clearly not. Come back MR G0bsh1te when you wanna become YouTube famous
