Very helpful staff.. Had 2 parcels to collect, when I got there they hadn't come back yet so I had to go back next day.. Still when I returned they couldn't find my parcels but took my phone number.. An hour later I received a call from them even though I had omitted a digit when I wrote my number down.. They took a guess I had only put 1 seven at the start instead of 077.. Also, its very well laid out for Covid-19 safety..

Guys, the customer service point needs to be divided into: 1. Customers collecting a parcel (95% of people, takes 5 minutes each), 2. Customers dropping off a parcel to be sent (5% of people, takes 10 seconds). Every time I come here to drop off parcels, I have to queue with 15 people who are collecting their parcels. My drop-off takes seconds yet I have to spend 15 - 20 minutes waiting with the other \collectors\. Simple improvement. Win-win. Note: I'm happy to update my review when you acknowledge this.

Large sorting office with a small reception area for picking up undelivered packages. Always staff available to retrieve the packages, and the system works well. During covid, the reception only holds about 4 people with social distancing. Remaining customers would have to remain outside! Best take an umbrella!
