After a long wait for my bike to arrive (due to covid) the service I received from the store has been brilliant. I dealt with Neil throughout, the professional help he's provided has been invaluable. I'm very fussy and ask a lot of questions but Neil remained patient and afforded me as much time as I needed.

The service here is simply excellent. I have been a customer here for many years now, having purchased several bikes and accessories for myself and family over time. We keep coming back because the staff are genuinely great, friendly, very helpful with real expertise, they take time to explain things and make recommendations based on their own experience, I never feel rushed and they never try a hard sell. Today I took in a bike in need of some repairs. The usual friendly people were available to help, including Dave who quickly assessed and made the necessary fixes there and then. I was on my way very happy with a working bike and some advice on suitable mudguards. I have recommended Rutland Cycling Pitsford to friends and colleagues many times, who have all had positive experiences too.

I used Rutland cycling today ( on a Sunday) for the first time! I needed an emergency repair and new tyre. My bike was sorted and ready to go within 30 minutes, no fuss , excellent service and very good value for money. The two gents who dealt with me , Henry and Neil were extremely helpful , professional and knowledgeable. Thank you guys for getting me out of a ‘hole’. I would recommend you to anyone and would use your services again. Top marks.

Great place and terrific surroundings. Cycle hire was efficient and covid friendly - a little expensive but fair enough in the circumstances and bikes were excellent.
