Dr Bassam Zeina is fantastic. You expect clinics to encourage you to get cosmetic treatments you want because it’s a lot of money for business but he was very honest and advised I did not need any work and explained in his opinion why I would be wasting my money. He was very informative about side effects and didn’t make me feel bad about wanting the treatment but in fact made me feel better about facial features overall as they are. Ruta Valaityte (the Clinic manager) was also excellent when it came to giving advice on products which would help my skin appearance overall, again I never felt like I was being pressured into buying anything I didn’t need. She was friendly and very informative on the benefits (and side effects) of the products she was suggesting I incorporate into my skin routine. I travelled to the Northampton site as oppose to Milton Keynes due to reviews I had seen in Milton Keynes but honestly I could not recommend this place more after my experience!

I arrived at my (100) appointment, and was greeted by an efficient and friendly member of staff who sat me down and asked me to complete a questionnaire. So far so good. Then I saw the Doctor who was excellent and informative. So far so good. I was told the Manager would be in touch with a price. Unfortunately I’ve heard nothing from the Manager for over two months. Luckily I have found a private medical practice who are doing the same work for half of what the Doctor quoted (500-700!!!!). Don’t bother with sk:n, shop around

I was supposed to have my last chemical peel in March but then the whole COVID thing happened. Since this place has been allowed to open I’ve tried calling them multiple times but they never answer. Today I emailed when I can book my appointment which I have paid for and they told me I missed my appointment on the 29th July. They never emailed to tell me that’s the date when my appointment was coz that was only means of communication. They’re are total rip offs.

Best Clinic ever! Ladies are very professional and helpful! My acne has completely gone and I can keep treating my skin myself by using their products! I enjoy going to see them and keep looking for excuses just to go there to get another treatments as its amazing! 100% recommend!

It was my birthday and I fancied a treat, so I called Skn Northampton to book a consultation. I was hoping for some pick-me-ups - removing some minor thread-veins and some micro-needling (or peels). Maybe more, depending on the consultation. I’m a skincare junkie and was open to ideas. First of all, I was surprised to hear they already had my details on file. I’d had a free consultation about 10 years ago, but I haven’t been contacted about my data since the GDPR came out. Secondly, the clinic could only be contacted via a national call-centre. The lady on the phone told me that the only service provided at Northampton (and Milton Keynes) was a 150 doctor consultation. There was nobody available (nurses, sales-people, beauticians, etc) to discuss their services or recommend treatments. I was told I’d have to travel to one of the London branches if I wanted a free consultation with somebody who’s not a doctor. This seems like a bizarre sales model, and I found it hard to believe, especially since I was hoping to spend a decent chunk of cash. I just wasn’t comfortable paying 150 for a doctor to give me a sales pitch (before I’ve even decided what I want). It’d be a waste of their skills and a waste of my money. It made me feel like they actively didn’t want to treat me at all. :-(

The place actually made my skin worse. I originally went as I had a brief break out of boils (acne) on the surface of my face. I originally went to buy the products that I had when I was in my teens but was told they were no longer stocked. Which later I found out was a lie (as later I brought the exact same ones) I was then \advised\ to purchase 90 worth of products. The adviser told me to exfoliate everyday which I followed her instructions. Then my skin went from bad to worse. I followed up treatment at the East Finchley branch in London who told me I should not be exfoliating everyday and they they offered me a course of treatment which did nothing for my skin. SKIN is defiantly overrated \know it all\ money grabbing gimic.
