I've been with this veterinary practice for many years and always found the staff and vets fabulous. My issue is that it is part of a large \corporate\ who forget that the clients are what makes the practice successful and that unauthorised billing and harassment over payment does not endear clients to the practice. Liz, you are a fabulous vet but let down by the company that employs you. UPDATE pleasant call from the practice manager following this review to understand my concerns

We have used this practice for years. They have always been both friendly and professional. Recently our Rottweiler needed a lump removed from her mouth. She had a few problems recovering from the procedure (she's getting on in years now). We took her back to get checked and received reassurance and advice. All was well... A couple of days later I got a call unexpectedly - it was the vet calling to check that she was still doing well. Then a little later a call with test and biopsy results - I didn't have to remember to follow up. Neither of our dogs have been straightforward to handle, for different reasons. The staff have always been so good with them. I would happily recommend.

We have had all our pets registered with Spinney Vets over the last 35 years. Whilst they're part of a bigger group now we've always had good service. Whilst the price has gone up exponentially ( due to insurance as much as the vet - makes you realise how lucky we are with the NHS!) The service is compassionate and professional. We lost our cat of 15½years last week and today received a lovely personal card from the vet. Recommend

Took my frenchie here last minute Wednesday evening due to the fireworks as he was very anxious and we thought he had hurt his leg, he is a little difficult and all staff know how to deal with him and his ways - they never feel as though we are a burden to them. All staff were super helpful and were quick to respond in helping him. The service was efficient, we were well informed the whole time and we were reassured. Would recommend this vets to anyone and everyone! All staff were also following the covid regulations so felt very safe to attend!
