Have called twice today, waited initially for 11 minutes got cut off when I reached the front of the que! Called again and then finally got through to someone who was really helpful. Called back this afternoon and again the same thing except this time I waited 47 minutes to have someone say hello and then hang up on me! I’m now calling again and I’m waiting a further 47 minutes, is there something wrong with your phone line or are you representatives purposefully hanging up on people?

I just been waiting on the phone 11 min and they finaly answer I said hello and they shut the phone. Now I'm trying to contact them,for now 23 min on the phone.. hope this time they will speak whit me.

The most unhelpful people. You need reporting and investigating! Tell you to fill out forms, only to be told not to ticked correct box. However no box applicable for 'DO NOT OWN THE VEHICLE' I work full time called over 10 times and wait for it.... The actual owner even called to make payment but they refused to take it!!!! Suppose money is more important to them than sorting it out! What a joke!

I was under self isolation and didn't open the letter due to which all deadline to appeal have. Evidence clearly shows in 9 seconds my car have change 3 spots and for a moving car I am charged 65 and for not opening my letter and looking after myself and my family wellbeing the penalty have gone up to 195. This is like a day light robbery . Even the government have extended tax submission dates coz of global pandemin and I am getting penalised for my condition.

A few years ago i used the m4 phoeinix way services to grab a coffee from the local BP before joining the motorway. They changed the rules to say you were not allowed to use the entrance. I was fined by Hounslow Council and paid a fine. Funny enough i asked them if there was any other PCN's outstanding and i was told there was nothing. I paid out over 1000 pounds last year and now they seem to remember there was more PCN's and then charged me another 3 times for the same road and then sent the PCN's to Marstons Bailiffs and Newlynn. I used the TEC for a PE2 and PE3 which was rejected on zero grounds. TEC is a complete joke and does nothing other then waste time by delaying matters.
