First time used today. Lovely car wash, easy to use with app. Better then some other car washes Been to. Wax lovely smell, like something actually going on again unlike some. Yes excited about a car wash after 2 lockdowns... being out felt good. Ha

1) Poor instructions for new users / nothing online. 2) I wouldn't use a brush on my paintwork. I used all the other options and it leaves your car and wheels dirty anyway. Are they doing anything at all? 3) Actually is pretty expensive (I think you could easily spend 10-20 if you'd like a decent job) and time is constantly ticking if you add all credits at once. Personally if you're happy about using the brush on your paintwork, just go to IMO Carwash. Quicker, cheaper and you don't even need to get out of your car.
I really enjoy washing my cars and vans at this car wash but you should really teach your employees some good manners. This morning, Sunday, 7 o'clock, after cleaning 2 cars and one van, spending over 30 quid for the job, the supervisor ( or whatever he is) showed up and, being the only one in the car wash at that time, he told me in a very rude manner that I need to move because he has a badge and that's his spot. I tried to tell him that I've almost finished and he could park there in a minute but he couldn't reason and insisted for me to move. I got into my car and I left with a bitter taste in my mouth. I don't think that's the right way to treat your customers!

Very satisfied with the washing solutions. And especially the application on the phone is excellent.
Great for people who haven't got a safe place to wash and hoover their cars and the price is all down to you on how long you won't to wash your car
Easy to use.. Not rushed into missing bits.. Pay as much as you like..
You can pay via the app buy buying tokens or money in a meter. All bays are brand new and function perfectly. Even has cold snow foam!
