Just absolutely rude unprofessional receptionist. Amazing doctors and service but the receptionist are extremely unprofessional, especially considering its an environment of potential vulnerable people.

Parking is a joke. About 12 spaces where you are only allowed 1hr monitored by cctv. As we all know appointments always run late making you stressed. Parking bays around are permit only and cctv monitored to fine you. Best come here by other means.
Well organised professionally, has wheelchair excess & lifts for all floors, NHS chemist shop is also there.
I went there for the GP and dentist. . I will leave a review for the dentist now as I like the dentist for my son so much .. there are so friendly with him and really knew how to speak with children without afraid them. So clean professional honest. So recommended
This place contains; many surgeries with different doctors and entities. I attended the Northolt family practice, their receptionist language is horrendous. No greetings, ordering the patients, fully fledged rude woman. No matter what appointment they give you, they always make you wait an hour or more sometimes. And to think we pay our taxes for these guys to get paid!
