Hospital can be a very daunting place to be especially if you have rarely had cause to need one. The names are too many to list/remember however since attending and having to stay at Cramlington I must extend my heartfelt gratitude to Ambulatory, Ward 3, Ward 7 and all other departments of staff for the manner in which they have handled a somewhat anxious customer! These are tricky times for all but nothing has been too much for this professional, lovely, kind and warm bunch, they are a real credit! Thank you one and all you are truly amazing.

The staff where fab they let me stay with my partner on satetday. Saddly he pasted away on. And they where helpful and careing. I can not say any more but 10 out of 10 to all the staff in these difficult times

Our Story

So before and during the pandemic I have been to this hospital and it was fantastic service we received the help we need and for my mum who is blind they have been very accommodating for her needs. When staying overnight in the word the care was amazing. With help for food and quality of food was good (according to my mother) clean and tidy and keeping g even well sanitized while taking plenty of precautions. Only downside to this hospital when I visited was the waiting time. If you are there when it happens to be busy there can be some long waits. But overall great hospitality and easy to navigate. There is plenty of parking and disabled parking also provide just beside the entrance.

Lovely clean modern hospital. Cannot praise the staff enough. Thankyou to the staff on ward 3, you are awesome and i am amazed at how hard you all work and still keep a smile on your faces.

Just as well the nhs is free because the parking isn’t! Great staff but disgusting parking charges.
