Pre-booked the Plant Fair, which was really excellent. Coffee in the restaurant, and a walk around the beautiful gardens. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy parking.

Gardens really nice even early in the year. I can see this place being a great location for events and weddings with a fantastic location and views. Not very big so good for young kids and there is a nice little park. We ate here also, very much like garden centre food. I wasn't really impressed. It was all fine, but not good. Staff friendly, location great, food OK.

Enjoyed visiting the estate one sunny Sunday. It was fairly quiet (world cup match was on) so it was like having the place to ourselves. Gardens are very nice, super colourful on a bright sunny day. After touring the gardens we decided to stay for dinner, a roast dinner sat in the outdoor area. Food was very nice and staff very friendly and helpful. Looked like they were setting up for an event, this would be the perfect location to hold an even such as a wedding reception, it's a beautiful location.

Beautiful gardens facing South over the Cheshire countryside both formal and a broad range of grasses, shrubs and enclosed areas of Mediterranean and Caribbean planting.. complemented by a very pleasant light bite restaurant.
